As we wrap up the year, The New Hue drops their own Twenty Twenty One // OPM playlist that celebrates their Top 20 OPM songs released this year from mainstream and indie artists.

It has been another year filled with uncertain times yet one thing remains certain, we can always rely on music to be with us to celebrate our best times or sit with us when we are feeling blue. The New Hue’s curated playlist can be your go-to playlist when you want to go back and relive moments from 2021 as it practically covers this year's local top songs and songs from indie artists.

The top 20 songs in the playlist are songs that through and through establish Filipino's admiration for love songs. First on the list is Skusta Clee's "Lagi" a song on how he embraced fatherhood with his daughter Bia who is featured on his music video that garnered 94 million views on youtube. Up next on the list is Adie a breakthrough artist with his viral song "Paraluman" which has been enjoyed by many and become one of the top songs in the country. Also on the list is this year's breakout star Zack Tabudlo with his song "Binibini" which took the top spot for Most Streamed Song in the Philippines this year. Another artist that established his spot in the OPM industry and The New Hue's Twenty Twenty One playlist is Arthur Nery with his song "Pagsamo". The fifth spot on the playlist is the much-awaited second collaboration of Ben&Ben and Moira with their song "Pasalubong" that hits right in the feels.

Apart from these songs and artists, we have many more like Nobita, Rob Deniel, Belle Mariano, Eugene Layug, huhsmile, mrld, Ebe Dancel, ena mori, Sepia Times, Clara Benin, R Rules, and Glaiza De Castro who all contributed to making our 2021 better with their music.

The New Hue's Twenty Twenty One playlist composes of diverse artists who are all exceptional in their craft. It includes a number of artists that are bound to make waves in the industry in the coming years which everyone should watch out for. And as we celebrate a new year, may we continue supporting our local artists by keeping up with their upcoming releases.
