the age of collaboration takes flight during the Halloween with 'Magkano Kaluluwa?'

Earl Generao and Pappel Release their Chilling Collaboration Magkano Kaluluwa?

For their first collaboration together, singer-songwriters Earl Generao and Pappel tackle how our own pretentiousness ultimately come back to haunt us with their song Magkano Kaluluwa?, fittingly released on the day we mourn the souls we lost, November 1, 2020 under O/C Records.

The song is simply a feat of collaborative songwriting and vocal blending between the two, which is especially evident in the way their vocals slowly meld into one, chilling chorale of ghostly voices as Earl repeatedly asks whether the lies are worth one’s soul, which eventually spiral into the whispers of nothingness at the track’s climax. It’s short but it sure delivers the terrifying truth behind having to put up with the lies you made just to get through the realities of living.

It was indeed a worthwhile collaboration as both Earl and Pappel composed and arranged the song while Emil Dela Rosa mixed and mastered the track. Production of the song was done by Kean Cipriano under O/C Production House.

Magkano Kaluluwa? By Earl Generao and Pappel is now out on all digital platforms and it might just comfort you from the ghosts of your own pretentiousness.
